Superbowl Sunday.

It’s hard to fade a President Obama endorsement but you gotta love the audacity of hope. I wasn’t a fan of either team so I didn’t really care who won, but when that’s the case I tend to lean towards the underdog. On top of that I was pulling for Kurt Warner and I really like Larry Fitzgerald. I was very close to positive that the Cardinals would pull off the major upset, but in the end at least you could look back and say it was a really good game.

With all the pageantry of Super Bowl Sunday, comfort food is the glue that holds everything together.

Return of the s’mores. Those don’t look as appetizing as these though.

Make-shift 7-layer dip / carne asada fries. Make the best out of what you have and not the other way around.

It’s no Ace Of Cakes but I can make it out…

The girls started icing cupcakes with various different designs in their ode to football. Meaning it looks like whatever they saw on T.V., they recreated it into the form of pastry. Check the bugged out Cardinal on the far left and what I think is the NBC logo right up front.

Exactly like the blueprint below, very good.

Last of the apple juice.

Throwback Thorough “Stealers” tee, made a while back but happened to be perfect for the day.

“Freaky Tales”

3 10 2008

It’s all about the catalog. I’d say for everyone 10 songs we make, there’s 1 that you’ll end up hearing, 2 that sit on the shelves for a later date, and 7 that slip through the cracks, hit the trash, and never see the light of day. With that said “Freaky Tales ’08” is part of the 2 out of 10 statistic.

The last of the security camera sessions.  This song was made a while back by myself along with Rae over the “Make Me Better” beat.
